1. What data do we collect?
Through the contact form we receive only your name, email address, company name, phone number and the message you write. Only the name and email are required and you can leave the rest empty. Nothing you do not type into the form ends up with us.
2. Why do we collect it?
For three purposes: scheduling a demo, answering your question and preparing a quote if you request one. This information is not added to a marketing list, no automated newsletters are sent and it is not shared with third parties.
3. How long do we keep it?
If the conversation does not continue we keep it for at most 12 months and then delete it. If a commercial relationship begins, the retention period is set by the contract and legal obligations and is communicated to you separately.
4. How do you have your data deleted?
A single email to info@sqlchangeguard.com is enough. We delete your records and confirm the deletion in writing. You can also ask which of your data we hold from the same address.
5. How does the product itself handle data?
SQL Change Guard runs entirely inside your corporate network. No data inside the application is transmitted to us or to any external server, and the product needs no internet connection to operate. After deployment, every record the product produces stays in your own database under your control.
Site analytics
We use analytics to see which pages are read and how much. No identifying information is collected there, no advertising profiles are built and no data is sold. Videos are embedded through a privacy preserving address.
